Daeryun Law Firm (Limited) announced on the 27th that it signed a business agreement for legal advice with the Gwangju Metropolitan City Gwangsan-gu Medical Association on the 23rd.

Through this agreement, Daeryun and the Gwangju Metropolitan City Gwangsan-gu Medical Association plan to cooperate in △mutual cooperation for regional medical development △cooperation in medical legal advice △exchange of information necessary for mutual exchange △legal consultation to protect the rights and interests of medical staff △promotion of seminars and education for joint projects.

The Gwangju Metropolitan City Gwangsan-gu Medical Association said, “Through this agreement, we will be able to improve the quality of local medical services,” and “We will strive to protect the rights and interests of medical staff based on mutual trust.”

CEO Kook-il Kim said, “We will strive to provide medical legal advice to strengthen the local medical system,” and added, “There are many experts with extensive practical experience in the medical field within Daeryun. We will respond to lawsuits including criminal, civil, and administrative cases and provide high-quality legal services.” He added, “Changes to local medical staff are expected due to the recent revision of the Medical Service Act. We will thoroughly prepare and respond to disputes related to this.”
