Accordingly, the court declared the defendant not guilty, saying, "In a criminal trial, the admission of a crime must be based on strict evidence with the probative power to create confidence beyond a reasonable doubt. The evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone is insufficient to admit the indictment, and there is no other evidence to admit it."
