Daeryun Law Firm (Lihan) announced on the 10th that it signed an MOU with the Korea M&A Exchange (KMX).

The MOU signing ceremony held at the Korea M&A Exchange office on the 9th was attended by Daeryun CEO Kim Kook-il, Vice President Choi Yi-sun, lawyer Bang In-tae, Korea M&A Exchange Chairman Lee Chang-heon, and President Eom Jun-yong.

KMX is Korea's largest M&A platform organization that manages M&A requests for over 10,000 companies, including Martok (M&A platform). Since its establishment in 2006, it has established itself as Korea's representative M&A brokerage firm, holding M&A information on many companies not only domestically but also overseas, including China, Japan, and India.

Through the MOU signed on this day, Daeryun plans to provide legal services such as legal advice and regulatory review and help establish a stable M&A conclusion environment.

Specifically, we plan to provide advice in various areas, including review of M&A-related contracts and analysis of legal risks, confirmation of regulatory requirements such as review of violations, and prevention and resolution of legal disputes during the transaction process.

Meanwhile, Daeryun operates a separate team in charge of corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the corporate legal group, and provides overall advice necessary for companies in cooperation with other teams such as asset management, human resources, and labor.
