Daeryun Corporate Law Group and NRB Co., Ltd. sign an MOU to expand modular business

Daeryun Corporate Law Group, a law firm, announced on the 10th that it signed an MOU with NRB, a circular modular construction company, to expand its modular business.

A signing ceremony was held at NRB's Seoul office on the 28th of last month with key officials in attendance, including Daeryun Kim Kuk-il, CEO of Management, Attorney Lee Kwang-woo, Attorney Nam Young-jae from the Corporate Legal Group, NRB CEO Kang Geon-woo, Director Kim Myeong-jin, and Team Leader Lee Seong-gyu.

NRB, established in 2019, is a company specializing in mobile modular construction, and attracted attention after successfully completing the construction of Korea's first mobile school (Bridge School). Bridge School, which boasts high quality, has won the main prize and design prize in the product category at two of the world's top three design contests.

NRB’s Bridge School was selected as an innovative prototype by the Public Procurement Service in recognition of its social values ​​such as publicness, innovation, and eco-friendliness.

Daeryun Corporate Legal Group currently provides more professional legal services through specialized centers, including corporate advisory and management rights disputes. Through this agreement, Daeryun plans to cooperate in △ legal advice on intellectual property protection such as domestic and foreign patent applications △ review of various contracts △ information sharing and advice on foreign laws for international projects.

NRB CEO Kang Geon-woo said, "NRB, which has pioneered a new market for portable buildings, is currently focusing on technology development to take a leap forward as an innovative company.
