Through this MOU, Daeryun plans to provide professional and prompt legal support for all legal issues that may arise during Hwanghae's global expansion and business expansion. Specifically, it plans to provide comprehensive legal services including international trade and import/export legal advice, intellectual property protection and patent applications, and domestic and international litigation and arbitration response in the event of a dispute.
