I was notified of the results of an accounting review. Looking at the results, the penalty surcharge seems excessive, and there are far too many points that I simply cannot accept no matter how I look at them. In such a case, I am wondering whether I can obtain a response or legal advice regarding the accounting review. I am also considering accounting review administrative litigation, so I would appreciate an answer from an attorney specializing in accounting review administrative litigation.

If you have been notified of the results of an accounting review and believe that the sanctions are excessively heavy and unjust, you may contest them through lawful procedures such as administrative litigation.
If you pursue accounting review administrative litigation, you may file the accounting review administrative litigation against the disposition authority that issued the disposition, and to do so you must first prepare a complaint.
The complaint must set out in detail the plaintiff and the disposition authority, the legal representative, and the cause and purport of the claim.
As such, administrative litigation must go through a very long and complex process, and it is a matter in which intense legal argument must inevitably be waged until the final judgment.
As in your case, depending on the results of an accounting review, a company may suffer disadvantages such as a recommendation for dismissal, a request for suspension from duties, delisting, and a business suspension disposition.
If such a disposition is found to lack justifiable grounds or to be unlawful, you may seek, through accounting review administrative litigation, a declaration that the disposition is void or a revocation of it.
By pursuing administrative litigation, you can confirm the grounds on which the disposition authority imposed the measure, assess the lawfulness of those grounds, and recover the company's rights.
