Attorney Kim In-won of the Criminal Group was commissioned as a prosecutor at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office and has a career serving as a prosecutor at the Suncheon Branch of the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office, the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office, the Litigation Division of the Ministry of Justice, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, and the Jeju District Prosecutors' Office. He also served as Deputy Chief Prosecutor at the Jeju District Prosecutors' Office, Chief Prosecutor at the Hongseong Branch of the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office, Acting Chief Prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, Chief of Criminal Division 4 at the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office, and Chief of Criminal Division 3, among others. In particular, he served as a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute and the Legal Research and Training Institute, and is a respected attorney who has held director positions at the Seoul Bar Association and the Korean Bar Association.
