In the course of litigation and advisory, he has reviewed numerous business agreements, trust contracts, and financial advisory contracts, and has taken charge of advisory related to the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, the Fair Trade Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Credit Information Protection Act, and the Capital Markets Act. He has successfully led various cases, including, in civil litigation, building demolition, deposit return, injunctions prohibiting the issuance of new shares, and injunctions prohibiting unfair competition acts, and in criminal cases, violations of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes, violations of the Public Official Election Act, violations of the Punishment of Tax Offenses Act, and defamation.
