He also conducted a citizen participation trial (jury trial) over three days and two nights in the first-instance proceedings of the so-called 'Jinju Arson-Murder Case,' and through citizen participation trials has secured two not-guilty verdicts for the crime of escape, one not-guilty verdict for indecent act by a serviceman by compulsion, and one not-guilty verdict for aiding and abetting fraud arising from voice phishing.
