Attorney Cho Young-gon, who holds a career serving as a prosecutor, chief prosecutor, and deputy chief prosecutor at prosecutors' offices at all levels nationwide, served as the Chief Prosecutor of the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office and the Ulsan District Prosecutors' Office and as Head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.
