Attorney Cho Young-gon, who holds a career serving as a prosecutor, chief prosecutor, and deputy chief prosecutor at prosecutors' offices at all levels nationwide, served as the Chief Prosecutor of the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office and the Ulsan District Prosecutors' Office and as Head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. During his tenure at the prosecution, he accumulated investigative experience by handling large-corporation civil and criminal cases as well as major cases in taxation, finance, fair trade, patents, capital markets, and anti-corruption and compliance. In particular, he has provided legal services based on investigation and trial response through forensic techniques, as well as various dispute-resolution capabilities such as arbitration and mediation. He also holds experience performing work related to human rights policy, human rights relief, and victim human rights protection while serving as Director-General of the Human Rights Bureau of the Ministry of Justice. Beyond this, while working as a representative attorney at Law Firm Hwawoo, he performed legal advisory and investigation-response work in various fields for prominent foreign companies and numerous domestic companies, such as abuse of market-dominant position, unfair trade practices, and business combinations. Attorney Cho Young-gon is active in corporate crime and finance, tax, and criminal cases, drawing out results that satisfy clients.
