Attorney Choi Sung-moon, registered as an insolvency law specialist with the Korean Bar Association, served as an individual/corporate bankruptcy trustee at the Uijeongbu District Court, where he handled approximately 1,800 trustee cases and gained extensive practical experience. A case in which a large amount of value-added tax accrued to the debtor company after the declaration of bankruptcy due to the bankruptcy trustee's exercise of the right to terminate a 'bilateral contract not performed by both parties', and in a situation where the representative of the oligopolistic shareholder may be responsible for the 'secondary tax payment obligation of the investor' with respect to the above tax amount, he persuaded the court and the bankruptcy trustee with a written opinion to obtain permission to approve foundation claims for the above tax amount and had it paid with the bankruptcy foundation conversion amount.

In a case where an active-duty soldier was accused of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (special rape), he faithfully defended the client's unfair circumstances, changed the charge to simple rape, reached an agreement, and received a non-indictment from the military prosecutor's office.
