Foreign Attorney (USA) Jun-Yong Ahn, who holds a Florida (USA) attorney qualification, is a member of the International Legal Affairs & Arbitration Group and has broad practical experience centered on criminal and civil disputes and corporate legal affairs within the United States. He handled criminal and civil cases while working at a local U.S. law firm and built a career in various tasks across corporate legal affairs as a whole. In this process, he has handled various matters related to international transactions and overseas investment, including an international construction arbitration case against the Government of India, advisory to the Police Consul of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta, FIRPTA-related advisory support for equity transactions between affiliates, and advisory on establishing Captive Insurance in the United States. In addition, he has further broadened his practical competence by experiencing various domestic and international corporate and individual cases, such as advisory support for the acquisition of a domestic listed company and a large hotel franchise, support for responding to contract and business disputes, and representation of USCIS asylum cases due to inhumane/political persecution.
