“I will stand with my clients in the spirit of Sindok — maintaining integrity even when no one is watching”
A member of the National Defense and Military Group with experience as a military prosecutor and Judge Advocate in the Lebanon Peacekeeping Force (Dongmyeong Unit, 30th Contingent), Attorney Janghyun NAM holds expertise in military criminal and administrative cases as well as in defense and public procurement contracts. Attorney NAM has overseen investigations, litigation, contracts, and legislation within key military departments and overseas-deployed units, building a deep understanding of military organizations and defense administration as a whole. He has successfully handled cases involving violations of military criminal law such as insubordination and contempt of a superior, as well as major military disciplinary cases, disciplinary revocation lawsuits, and public official appeal cases, providing sophisticated defense strategies that encompass both the unique characteristics of the military and the applicable legal principles. He has also clearly resolved highly complex civil and administrative disputes, including damages cases arising from incomplete performance of military supply contracts within the Third Army Headquarters region, review of international contracts related to UN peacekeeping forces, collection of unrecovered claims by administrative agencies, and claims for delivery of real estate occupied without authorization.
