I am a middle school student, and these days I am suffering verbal abuse and ostracism at school. Sometimes they hide or break my belongings, so I am under a great deal of stress. I told my teacher, but not much has changed. What evidence do I need to gather in order to report school violence? Besides recordings and KakaoTalk, is there anything else that can be used as evidence of school violence? Please answer!

When you have suffered school violence, it is very important to systematically collect objective evidence of school violence.
First, a recording is not unlawful under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act if you were a direct participant in the conversation, and it is advisable to subsequently submit it in the form of a transcript.
Captures of KakaoTalk, text messages, and the like can prove profanity, the circumstances of ostracism, and so on, and are therefore used as evidence of school violence.
In addition, CCTV footage in which the violent act was recorded, or mobile phone and dashcam footage, and photographs of the injured areas can also be used as evidence.
A witness's statement is best secured in the form of a recording or a written confirmation of facts.
Wee Class counseling records serve as material proving continued complaints of harm, and keeping a specific harm journal centered on the date, place, and circumstances can also become indirect evidence with sufficient credibility.
These materials act as key grounds for proving the fact of the harm, and can become a decisive standard for judgment in the School Violence Committee and in legal proceedings.
However, since whether evidence is recognized can vary depending on how it is collected and when it is submitted, for a more careful and effective response it is advantageous to obtain the help of an attorney who has handled many school violence or juvenile cases.
Our law firm operates an evidence investigation, digital forensics, and security group, and provides practical assistance with the collection of school violence evidence.
Even when it is difficult to classify and organize vast amounts of material, such as KakaoTalk conversations or call records, systematic support is possible.
Also, if there is material that has already been deleted, we attempt to recover the evidence through forensic work and help secure material that can prove the fact of school violence.
