If a person possesses a narcotic that falls under category (a), such as philopon, heroin, or cocaine, that person is subject to imprisonment of five years or more.

Next, if a person possesses a narcotic that falls under category (b), such as fentanyl, morphine, or methadone, that person is subject to imprisonment of three years or more.

Lastly, if a person possesses a narcotic that falls under category (c), such as zolpidem or etizolam, that person may be subject to imprisonment of one year or more.

In addition, if a person sells narcotics, that person may be subject to imprisonment of five years or more or life imprisonment.
