Q
Can I get through military disciplinary action for a secret second phone with the lightest possible punishment?
Hello, I am serving as an enlisted soldier. A few days ago, while in military life, I broke the regulations by secretly keeping a second phone, and I was caught using it by a superior during the night roll call. Do many cases similar to mine occur? If so, I am curious about how they are usually handled. If possible, I would like to receive a relatively light disposition, such as a warning or admonition, but I am very worried about whether one might go before a disciplinary committee and receive a heavy disciplinary measure through military disciplinary action over a secret second phone.

If the level warrants license revocation, is criminal punishment for drunk driving unconditionally imposed?
After drinking at an acquaintance's wedding, I was caught in a drunk driving check on my way home. I was told my blood alcohol concentration was 0.095%, and the police said I could face not only license revocation but also criminal punishment for drunk driving...;; Although the level was high, I was on my way home without any accident, so will I still be punished? I am curious about whether exceeding the license revocation standard unconditionally leads to criminal punishment as well.

I lent money without a loan certificate. Is a civil lawsuit for a loan claim possible?
At an acquaintance’s request, I lent money on several occasions. Because we were close at the time, I did not draw up a separate loan certificate, and only records of the bank transfers and KakaoTalk conversations remain. When I asked for the money back, the other party is denying the very fact of the loan, which is troubling. I have heard that a lawsuit is difficult without a loan certificate, so I am worried, and I am curious whether I can still file a civil lawsuit for a loan claim in such a case.

Where can I have KakaoTalk forensics done?
I am in a situation where I am being continuously threatened by an ex-partner.. There is a video of sexual relations that was filmed by consent when we were in a past relationship, and using this as leverage, the ex-partner repeatedly sends messages to the effect that they will distribute the video if I do not have sexual relations with them.. The problem is that the ex-partner deletes all the messages they sent after making the threat. So I would like to conduct KakaoTalk forensics, but I do not know the relevant information.. CPA attorney, in what cases does a company become subject to an external audit?
CPA attorney, I would like to know the criteria for being subject to an external audit. When a company is subject to an external audit, by when must it appoint an external auditor? I would also like to know whether the ordinary deadline for appointing an auditor applies in the same way in the case of an initial audit, and what disadvantages may actually arise if the relevant procedures are missed.

We are a couple in our fifth year of marriage. Is a forced divorce possible?
Hello. I am in the fifth year of marriage. Since early in the marriage, I have been worn out by frequent quarrels and differences of opinion with my wife, and I feel as though I want to go through even a forced divorce. We also have one child, who is still young, so I am truly worried about who will take custody. My wife says she has no intention of agreeing to a divorce at all, so if I retain an attorney, would a forced divorce be possible?

If my parent died first, can I, as a grandchild, inherit by representation?
My parents passed away before my grandparents, and my grandparents recently died. In this case, I would like to know whether I, as their child, can receive the estate in place of my parent. My family is already discussing the inheritance, but it is not even clear whether I qualify for succession by representation, which leaves me confused. I would like to know the requirements for succession by representation to be recognized, and whether I, as a grandchild, can legally assert a right.
