First-time drug use: is an actual custodial sentence possible even without a drug consultation?
At an acquaintance's urging, I used drugs once out of curiosity and ended up under police investigation. I am currently wondering whether I need a drug consultation, and I am worried because I heard that an actual custodial sentence is possible even though it is a first offense and not habitual. I am sincerely remorseful and believe this will never happen again, but can an actual custodial sentence still come out? I would like to know to what extent punishment is actually imposed.

If I make a statement on my own without retaining an attorney for narcotics cases, will there be no problem?
I have come to be investigated in a narcotics case. The police said that 'if I speak honestly, I will be treated leniently,' so I am just going to make a statement. But do I really have to retain an attorney for narcotics cases? I am worried about whether a wrong statement will be irreversible later. I am curious whether legal assistance is necessary even though it is simple use and a first offense.

If I am asked for a mobile phone forensic examination during a drug investigation, do I have to comply even without a warrant?
Hello.. After a colleague at work was arrested in a drug case, the police contacted me saying that my mobile phone could also be subject to a forensic examination. I am curious whether, during a drug investigation, I can refuse if there is no search and seizure warrant, how far things are examined if I make a voluntary submission, and what I should do if I am asked to provide my password. Are there points I should be sure to know before appearing?

Can I be detained for a drug offense? Even for simple use, will I be detained right away?
A little while ago, I ended up being investigated on a charge of drug use. Apart from using it a few times at a friend's urging, I have no charge of selling or possession, yet I heard there is a possibility of detention for a drug offense....;; Even though I am a first-time offender and am remorseful, can I be detained right away? I am curious about the standards for detention in a drug offense.

Drug crime attorney, I have become involved in an LSD drug crime.
Hello. Drug crime attorney, I heard that I may be investigated because I have become involved in an LSD drug crime. I would like to know how severe the punishment is in relation to the drug LSD. Is this a situation in which I need the help of a drug crime attorney? In particular, I am curious about whether an actual custodial sentence can be imposed even for a first-time offender.

Narcotics attorney, I was injured and received a fentanyl patch from a friend. May I use it?
Hello, narcotics attorney. As a hobby, I play soccer after work. When I got injured while playing soccer, a friend gave me a fentanyl patch. But since I understand that fentanyl itself is a narcotic substance, I have not actually used it. If it is permissible to use it, I would like to; may I use it?

Narcotics attorney, what benefits do I receive if I report a narcotics offense?
Narcotics attorney, it seems that a colleague at my company is using drugs. But he is not only using them himself; he also urges others to do so and the like, so I am just going to report him. So, as I was looking into it, I heard that reporting a narcotics offense comes with a benefit; could I find out what benefit one receives?

Attorney, is simply growing poppies also illegal?
Well, I did not grow the poppies for the purpose of taking them as a drug or selling them; I simply grew them to use for reasons such as folk remedies. However, a neighbor reported it to the police station, saying that it looked like a drug. I was not growing them to take as a drug; I was just growing them. Is it illegal even in such a case? Attorney, I would appreciate your answer.
