I am afraid of facing my husband during divorce litigation involving domestic violence.
Because of my husband's assault and threats, I have ended up proceeding with divorce litigation. However, I am very worried because I have been told that when attending court or going through the mediation procedure, I will have to be in the same space as my husband. I still have a great fear of the assault, and I am anxious about possibly being retaliated against. I would like to know whether there is a way to avoid facing my husband while conducting divorce litigation involving domestic violence, or a system that allows me to attend trial safely.

Drunk driving attorney, do electric kickboard riders also have to take a breathalyzer test?
Hello, drunk driving attorney. Sometimes I drink and ride an electric kickboard home. Yesterday, on my way home, I saw a police officer conducting breathalyzer tests on the road. It seemed that electric kickboard riders were also being tested, so do I have to take a breathalyzer test when riding an electric kickboard too?

What is value-added tax, and who is liable to pay it?
I would like to know exactly what value-added tax is. I am curious about how it is imposed in the course of transactions in goods or services, and who must report and pay value-added tax. I would also like to know whether every business operator has a payment obligation, and whether there are any exceptions.

Can I receive freelancer severance pay?
I worked under a freelancer contract, but in reality I commuted at fixed times every day and worked like an employee under the instructions of the company's team leader. After working for 13 months, I requested severance pay, but the company says, "Freelancers have no severance pay." Can I too receive freelancer severance pay?

I heard that in a case of infliction of bodily injury one can apply for a compensation order; what is the application method?
I am the victim in an infliction of bodily injury case. Looking on the Internet, I found that there is something called a compensation order. They say that a victim of infliction of bodily injury can apply for a compensation order for the harm; is there a separate application method? No matter where I look, it is not properly explained... If anyone knows, I would be grateful if you could tell me the method and even the points to be careful about!

Defamation attorney, can I be punished for defamation even if the statement is not false?
Hello, defamation attorney. While watching YouTube, I came across a kid who used to bully me when I was young. Since that person was doing better than I expected, I got so angry that I wrote about what had happened back then exactly as it was in a comment. But it turns out that person reported me for defamation. What I wrote is true, so can I still be punished in a case like this?

I want to file a criminal complaint for unpaid wages. What evidence should I gather?
The company I recently left has not paid my salary for several months. At first, they said they would pay soon because they were in financial difficulty, but they keep putting it off. Now they barely even respond to my calls, so I intend to file a criminal complaint for unpaid wages. However, I did not separately keep my pay statements, and I have also lost the employment contract the company gave me. I would like to know whether a complaint is possible even in this case and what kinds of evidence can prove the unpaid wages.

Housebreaking? Intrusion upon habitation? Please review whether it is established.
After the lease expired, the tenant neither vacated nor answered my calls, so I had no choice but to unlock the door with the master key and enter. But the tenant filed a complaint against me for housebreaking, claiming that I intruded upon the residence. Whether it is housebreaking or intrusion upon habitation, it seems I will be punished; even though it is my own house, if I entered without the tenant's knowledge, is housebreaking established?
