A friend secretly used my resident registration number to open a mobile phone line and failed to pay the charges. Is this not personal information theft? How should I respond?
I am requesting help because I recently experienced a bewildering situation. A few months ago, text messages notifying me of unpaid charges began arriving from a telecommunications company I do not know. At first, I thought it was spam and ignored it, but later, overdue notices and demand letters in my name started coming to my home. Finding it strange, I inquired with the relevant telecommunications company, and I was told that there was one mobile phone line opened in my name and with my resident registration number, and that the charges had not been paid for several months. However, since I had never used that telecommunications company, I looked into it and learned that a friend had secretly opened the line using my resident registration number. Contact with him is now cut off. In such a case, am I liable for these charges? Can this be punished as personal information theft? I feel very wronged and worried. I would appreciate your advice.

What happens if a soldier commits drunk driving?
Hello. I am a soldier currently in military service. I was recently caught for drunk driving as a soldier. Are soldiers punished the same as civilians? I heard that a separate disciplinary action is also imposed within the military. What kind of disciplinary action is it? Could it affect my discharge or bring any disadvantages? I would be grateful if you could explain in detail!

Hidden camera in a public restroom: is digital forensics possible?
While using a public restroom, I suspected that someone was secretly filming from above the partition, so I immediately reported it to the police. I heard the sound an iPhone makes when it starts recording video. The perpetrator's phone was secured at the scene, so will the police perform digital forensics on this phone to find evidence of the public-restroom hidden-camera filming? I am also curious whether recovery is possible if the perpetrator deleted the video. Also, please tell me whether there is any procedure that I, as a victim of the public-restroom hidden-camera filming, must separately apply for.

I want to defend against charges of violating the Special Act on Prevention of Insurance Fraud.
A while ago, the police contacted me and said I had to undergo a police investigation for violating the Special Act on Prevention of Insurance Fraud. Since I am a delivery driver and frequently ride a motorcycle, accidents happened from time to time, so I received insurance proceeds often. However, perhaps the insurance company thought it was insurance proceeds fraud, because they said they filed a complaint for violating the Special Act on Prevention of Insurance Fraud. Cheonan attorney, please tell me about the punishment for insurance proceeds fraud and how to respond.

I have been indicted for quasi-indecent act by compulsion..
Hello, as the title says, I am in a situation where I have been indicted on charges of quasi-indecent act by compulsion. The alleged victim is a person I met on a blind date. We went to a bar and drank, and she seemed very drunk, as she fell asleep with her head down on the table. So, thinking she was asleep.. before I knew it, I touched her body a little.. In the end, I was investigated on charges of quasi-indecent act by compulsion. How does it differ from ordinary indecent act by compulsion? I would appreciate an answer..

I am looking for a place that can perform Galaxy forensics. I am trying to find evidence of school violence.
I think my daughter is suffering from school violence. I have seen threatening or mocking messages come in a few times. When I asked my daughter, she brushed it off, saying it was because things had gotten a little bad with her friends, and then she seems to have deleted the messages. My daughter uses a Galaxy smartphone, so would it be possible to recover the deleted messages, photographs, and the like? The recovered evidence can be used for a school violence report, right? Please tell me a place that can perform Galaxy forensics.

I have a question for the medical attorney.
I run a hospital, and I have recently been placed at risk of punishment on the charge of submitting a false medical certificate. A patient whom I had treated a while ago submitted it to an insurance company, and the insurance company filed a criminal complaint against me, claiming that the medical certificate contained false content. I am now facing a charge of violating the Medical Service Act for preparing a false medical certificate and am at risk of punishment. In this case, what would be the best thing to do?

I urgently need a consultation about a school zone traffic accident.
Hello. This is embarrassing, but I am inquiring about a consultation regarding a school zone traffic accident. As the title says, a school zone traffic accident occurred. I violated my duty to watch the road ahead, and I was also speeding a little. My worry is beyond measure. How would it be best to respond? This is my first traffic accident; will this be taken into consideration to some extent?

I am curious about the severity of punishment and the fine for a parking hit-and-run.
I am asking because I am curious about the severity of punishment and the fine for a parking hit-and-run. When I was about to leave for work in the morning, I found that someone had completely scratched my car. I do not even know when it was scratched, and the fact that there was not a single call about it is truly infuriating. Well, but the dashcam happened to be turned off, so I am not sure whether I can catch the person. If I look at the parking lot CCTV, can I catch them? I am also very curious about the severity of punishment for a parking hit-and-run.
