Attorney for refusal of a breathalyzer test, do I have to take a breathalyzer test even when riding an electric kickboard?
Attorney, when I was going home after drinking about two cans of beer with my friends at a convenience store, I rode an electric kickboard. Then, on the road, a police officer requested a breathalyzer test. Do I really have to take a breathalyzer test even when riding an electric kickboard? Does riding an electric kickboard after drinking count as drunk driving? Please let me know..

How do I request a public official appeals review?
I am currently working as a vice principal at a school. The fact that I sent an inappropriate text message to a fellow teacher while intoxicated in a private setting became an issue, and I was referred to the disciplinary committee on the ground of a violation of the duty to maintain dignity, and as a result I received a demotion. I acknowledge that the text message gave rise to grounds for discipline, but I believe the level of the discipline is excessively heavy and disproportionate even when compared with other similar cases. In such a case, I would like to know whether I can contest the demotion through a public official appeals review and how I should request the appeals review.

Indecent act by compulsion attorney, can the offense of forcible indecent act be established even where someone was forced to do a love shot?
Indecent act by compulsion attorney, my company's CEO forcibly told me to do a love shot with him.. But I do not drink, and I did not want to do it, so I refused several times. Then the CEO made a threat, so I had no choice but to do it, and I saw somewhere that this too could constitute an indecent act by compulsion? Does the offense of forcible indecent act really apply?

How should compulsory execution against real estate be carried out?
I received a favorable judgment in a civil lawsuit. Even though I have received the court's written judgment, the other party is not paying the money, which is a frustrating situation. I heard that in this case I should proceed with compulsory execution against real estate, but I am not sure exactly what procedure is followed. I would like to know whether compulsory execution can be carried out immediately once the judgment becomes final, and what documents are needed to carry out compulsory execution. I would be grateful if you could explain whether compulsory execution is possible even if the other party has hidden their property or already transferred it to another person, and whether this is a situation in which I need the help of a real estate attorney.

Is drunk driving in a parking lot also punished?
I was drinking one can of beer at home when I suddenly got a call asking me to move my car. So, thinking it would be fine since it was a parking lot, I moved the car and parked it again. But that person reported me to the police, saying I smelled of alcohol. Wait, is drunk driving in a parking lot even subject to punishment???? Honestly, I do not even think of it as drunk driving in a parking lot.. I just moved the car..

How do I respond to a trade dispute?
A trade dispute suddenly arose in the course of a transaction with an overseas buyer. Over the delivery terms and quality standards in the contract, the counterparty is asserting a breach of contract and refusing to pay, and with respect to some of the volume, they are raising the possibility of anti-dumping and rules-of-origin violations and pressuring us by saying that problems could arise at the local customs clearance stage. In a trade dispute like this, I would like to know in what order a company should respond, and what kind of legal response strategy should be established when a contract dispute, customs clearance problems, and tariff and trade regulation issues are all intertwined at once. I would also like to know whether there are matters that must be checked before proceeding to litigation or arbitration.

Industrial accident attorney, an industrial accident has occurred.
I am a business owner running a construction business. Recently, a worker suffered a fall accident while working at the site and was transported to the hospital. I am wondering whether the site's safety measures were sufficient and whether this is a situation that must be reported immediately as an industrial accident. I would like to know whether I should consult an industrial accident attorney, and what legal obligations I must fulfill as a business owner and what points I should be careful about.

I was subjected to workplace sexual molestation and want to report it to the police.
Hello. I am a woman in my thirties. I am considering reporting to the police because I was subjected to workplace sexual molestation at the company I work for, so I am leaving this inquiry. I currently work at a small company with about seven employees, and a department head at the company repeatedly touched my thigh area. At first, I was so flustered that I could not respond properly, but even after I clearly expressed several times that it made me uncomfortable, he continued. So I want to report the workplace sexual molestation to the police. Can I simply report it to the police directly? This is the first time this has happened to me.
