Q
Have I fallen victim to a cyber financial crime?
Hello. I am asking because I am curious whether I have fallen victim to a cyber financial crime. Recently, I briefly lent an account in my name to a friend, but later I learned that it had been used for a voice phishing crime. I have not yet been contacted by the police, but I am curious whether I too participated in a cyber financial crime. I truly did not know. What would be the best way to respond?

Please tell me how to respond to a report of unpaid wages.
I run a very small shop. Because my store has had very poor sales over the past few months, I had no choice but to delay paying my employees’ wages a little. However, one of my employees has filed a report of unpaid wages... If a report of unpaid wages is filed against me, am I necessarily subject to punishment? I would be grateful if you could help me understand how I should respond.

A spouse's infidelity: is litigation difficult without evidence?
It seems that my wife of six years has recently been having an affair. I once saw, from beside her, her phone screen showing affectionate text messages being exchanged. I have not yet secured direct evidence… In a case like this, can I file for divorce on the ground of infidelity? I am also curious about what evidence I need in order to claim consolation money for a spouse's infidelity.

I have been reported for tax evasion. What punishment does one receive for committing tax evasion?
I have been reported for tax evasion; what punishment would I actually receive? I would also like to know how imprisonment or a fine varies depending on the amount of tax evaded. And if there is a suspicion of tax evasion, how does the investigation procedure proceed? Is there anyone who could briefly explain? As my situation is somewhat urgent, if anyone knows, I would appreciate a quick answer.

I am curious about industrial accident death lawsuits.
Hello. I have a question related to industrial accident death. A while ago, my father fell at a construction site, resulting in an industrial accident death. The whole family is in great shock, and we do not know how to respond. The company says it will provide compensation through industrial accident compensation insurance, but I heard from coworkers that when my father was working there were hardly any facilities such as fall-prevention measures or safety railings, and there was hardly any safety training either. In such a situation, I am curious whether I can separately make a civil claim for damages against the company, and whether the company can be held liable under the Occupational Safety and Health Act or the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. I would also like to know what compensation can be received separately from industrial accident insurance and what legal procedures I should follow going forward.

Is it correct that the charge of violating the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act applies..?
I was trying to proceed with a lease contract for a small commercial unit, but an acquaintance who is not registered as a brokerage office wrote the contract on my behalf and received money in the name of a brokerage fee. However, I later found out that this is a violation of the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act, and I was told that I could also be punished. I merely received help, so I am curious whether this could be a problem even in such a case. And if I am punished, please also let me know what sanctions follow.

I would like to know the procedure for reporting school violence.
Recently, I found out that my child is being bullied at school. At first, I thought it was just playful teasing among friends, but it turned out my child had been continuously ostracized and had belongings taken away. My child is very anxious, and as a parent, I am extremely worried. In a situation like this, I would like to know where school violence should be reported and what procedure for reporting school violence is followed. Also, I am worried whether retaliation or further bullying might occur after reporting... and I would like to know whether measures such as protection for my child's safety can be provided.

I would like to ask a military law attorney about the sentence for an indecent act by compulsion against a soldier and how to respond.
Hello, military law attorney. I am a soldier in my twenties currently serving in the military. Recently, while hearing about sexual offenses within the military from the news and from those around me, a question arose. I would like to know what punishment would be imposed if a person, while holding the status of a soldier, committed an indecent act by compulsion against another soldier. I am also curious about how to respond.

Is a claim for past child support possible?
It has been more than 10 years since my divorce. We divorced by agreement, and at that time we agreed that he would pay 500,000 won per month until the child became an adult. However, my ex-husband shamelessly never once paid child support. I heard that a claim for past child support is possible; is that correct? If so, please tell me the procedure for a claim for past child support.
