Q
What kind of evidence of infidelity should I collect?
Recently, my wife has been refusing marital relations, drinking every day, and coming home late at night. I happened to see, on my wife's phone, a screen where she was exchanging affectionate expressions with another man; my wife, however, insists she did not have an affair and is even getting angry at me. Divorce is something I will need to think about, but I would like to file a lawsuit against the affair partner (adulterous male), so what kind of evidence of infidelity should I collect?

I was in a non-contact traffic accident. What kind of evidence should I gather?
While driving, another vehicle suddenly cut in front of my car, so I braked abruptly. There was no actual collision, but in the process my vehicle skidded and crashed into a structure, resulting in considerable repair costs. The other vehicle just left… I would like to know what evidence is needed for a non-contact traffic accident to be recognized as an accident, and what I should do now.

In corporate rehabilitation, what requirements are needed for a rehabilitation plan to be approved?
Before proceeding with corporate rehabilitation, I have been looking into a few things. I would like to ask a question regarding the rehabilitation plan. Upon looking into it, I now understand who submits it and what requirements must be met, but what requirements are needed for it to be approved? I am asking because there is no place that explains that in detail.

Is it possible to file for divorce litigation only if there are grounds for divorce between spouses?
As my relationship with my husband grew distant, I came to feel that I could no longer continue the marriage with him. When I asked my husband for a divorce, he refused, saying that there were no grounds for divorce and no reason to grant one... I would like to know whether a divorce lawsuit can be filed only if there are grounds for divorce. My husband has now cut off contact with my mother for more than three years and does not treat her as his mother-in-law; does this not constitute a ground for divorce? What kinds of grounds for divorce between spouses are there?

Can I recover my money with only a loan certificate?
An acquaintance said he urgently needed money, so I once lent him a few million won. At the time, just in case, I prepared a simple loan certificate and obtained his signature and the date. At first he said he would repay soon, but now he is avoiding contact and rarely answers calls or text messages. I would like to know whether I can actually recover the money with only a loan certificate, and how I should proceed with the process.

Family court attorney, I am afraid of facing my husband during the divorce litigation.
My husband's verbal abuse and control have worsened, and I am ultimately preparing for divorce litigation. However, I am very afraid because I am told that I must face my husband directly during the trial or conciliation process. Is there a way to avoid facing my husband even at the court, or a system through which I can receive personal protection? If there is a family court attorney, please reply.

Sex crimes attorney, if I become involved in a sex crime case, will I automatically receive an order restricting employment at institutions related to children and youth?
I have recently become involved in a sex crime case for illegal filming using a camera, and I looked into it because I was curious about the level of punishment. Is it true that a sex crime can lead not only to criminal punishment but also to an order restricting employment at institutions related to children and youth? If someone becomes involved in a sex crime case, does everyone automatically receive an employment restriction? I would be grateful if a sex crimes attorney could explain this in detail.

How do we use the employee invention system?
Our company has a relatively large R&D workforce, so employees make various technical ideas and inventions during the development process. Recently, I have heard a lot about the need to overhaul the compensation system for employee inventions, so I am trying to review our internal regulations. However, matters such as how to receive reports of employee inventions, by what procedure the company decides whether to acquire them, and by what standards compensation should be paid are not well organized, so I have many concerns. It must be fair to employees, and from the company's standpoint, we must stably secure patent rights, trade secrets, and the like. Could you explain how the employee invention system should actually be used and operated in a company?
