Q
If an unlicensed traffic accident occurs, does one go straight to prison?
I was once caught in a drunk-driving crackdown, so my license is currently suspended and I am in an unlicensed state. Recently, my father was ill, so I urgently called for a taxi, but because it was late at night, not a single one was available, so I had no choice but to drive to the emergency room, and on the way back, in my haste and distressed state of mind, I caused an unlicensed traffic accident. The scale of the damage from the accident was not large, but I am told that I could be detained for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents. How should I respond? I would appreciate an answer regarding unlicensed-driving traffic accidents.

I was a victim of obscenity via telecommunication media. How do I submit evidence?
During a game, the other party used severe profanity and sexual harassment, and I intend to file a criminal complaint for obscenity via telecommunication media. I would like to submit the other party's words and conduct as evidence through screen captures of the game. I am curious about how I can submit it and whether it can be recognized as evidence. I would like to know the legal methods of responding to harm from obscenity via telecommunication media online.

I am a professional driver, and I would like to know how to seek relief from the revocation of my driver's license for drunk driving.
I was recently caught for drunk driving during a crackdown. At the time, my reading was 0.094%, and I immediately received a disposition revoking my license. I have committed drunk driving within the past 10 years. I acknowledge that it is my fault, but I currently work in the transportation business, and if the license revocation disposition becomes final, my livelihood will be threatened. Even if it is the law, the State should not shake a person's life and death through a license revocation. I would like to ask whether filing an objection to the license revocation could reduce the disposition. I am looking for someone to help me with the objection to the drunk driving license revocation.

Can evidence obtained by hacking another person's PC during evidence collection not be used?
As I am about to file a criminal complaint, while collecting evidence I inevitably hacked the other party's computer. Can evidence obtained by hacking another person's PC be used in court? I have heard that evidence obtained through illegal means is not legally recognized. If evidence secured through hacking cannot be used, please also explain how I can secure evidence through lawful means.

Seoul criminal defense attorney, can a complaint be filed based solely on the victim's testimony?
If there is a Seoul criminal defense attorney, please do respond! Yesterday, after drinking a little, I had consensual sexual relations with a younger acquaintance.. but she suddenly says she will file a complaint against me.. She says a complaint will go through if she just testifies, and that she will not file a complaint if I pay a settlement, so can a complaint be filed with only the victim's testimony?

I am in the position of the responsible party in a fatal traffic accident.
I am in the position of the responsible party in a fatal traffic accident. Judged solely by the percentage of fault, my fault is greater, but there is much that feels unfair. The insurance company recites its manual and seems to ignore my situation as if it were none of their concern, which is frustrating and leaves me indignant. I intend to do whatever I can to show remorse and reach a settlement with the victim and the bereaved family; I am not a shameless person. How should I respond to a death caused by a traffic accident?

Military criminal attorney! Does the Military Criminal Act also apply to noncommissioned officer candidates?
I would like to know whether the Military Criminal Act also applies to noncommissioned officer candidates. I understand it is a law that punishes soldiers when they do wrong, but are noncommissioned officer candidates also treated as soldiers and subject to punishment under the Military Criminal Act? Or is there a separate provision? To a military criminal attorney or expert who knows well about military cases, I would appreciate a detailed explanation.
