As my sales have recently increased, I am worried about a tax investigation; can a case like this also amount to a suspicion of tax evasion?
I run a small corporation, and as my sales have recently increased rapidly, I am worried about whether my tax management is being handled properly. Some transactions include a mix of cash sales, and there have been times when I treated as expenses parts that family members helped with. It was not intentional, but I would like to know whether a situation like this can also become a problem as a suspicion of tax evasion, and what kinds of acts are actually judged to be a suspicion of tax evasion.

Is dashcam forensics possible..?
I was harmed in a traffic accident, so I checked the dashcam footage, but only part of the scene at the time of the accident is saved. The other party is denying responsibility, suggesting that I may have deliberately deleted the dashcam footage, and in the police investigation the credibility of the footage is also being called into question. In this case, I am curious about whether it is possible, through dashcam forensics, to recover the deleted footage or to determine whether it was manipulated, and whether it can be used as evidence in actual litigation or an investigation.

If a charge of rape causing injury is applied, is a custodial sentence unconditional?
I have heard a lot that rape causing injury carries a heavy sentence, so I am very worried that it may be difficult to avoid a custodial sentence. I acknowledge that the other party was injured at the time of the incident, but I did not inflict the injury intentionally, and I think part of the situation has been exaggerated. I would like to know whether, if a charge of rape causing injury is applied, a custodial sentence is really imposed unconditionally, and whether there is no possibility at all of a suspended sentence or a reduction of sentence.

Punishment for extortion and intimidation: in what situations does it actually become a problem?
During a fight, I said things to the other person like "I will report you," "I will spill everything," and "I will not let this go," and the other person says they will file a complaint for intimidation....;; Is punishment for extortion and intimidation possible even without using actual violence? I am looking for someone who can tell me about punishment for extortion and intimidation.

Customs attorney, how should I apply for an advance ruling on customs valuation?
Customs attorney, our company imports parts from overseas, and because of the transaction structure and the cost burden, the calculation of the dutiable value is not clear, so we need to confirm it before filing the customs declaration. In particular, because the supplier is a related party, I would like to know what documents we should prepare when applying for an advance ruling.

I want to file for a provisional attachment of a claim; please tell me how to prepare the application.
I intend to proceed with a provisional attachment of a claim, and I plan to prepare the application to be submitted to the court myself. I am also curious about what must necessarily be stated in the application, and whether the order of preparation or the format is prescribed. I would like to know how the information on the creditor, the debtor, and the third-party debtor should be entered, and how parts such as the claim to be attached, the purpose of the application, and the grounds should be prepared.

How does a patent infringement lawsuit proceed?
About three years ago, our company registered a patent for core control technology applied to industrial automation equipment. The patent concerns a control algorithm and components that increase the operating efficiency of the equipment, and it is still applied and used in our flagship products. However, recently a competitor appears to be selling equipment that operates in a manner very similar to the core configuration of our patent. What worries me most is whether we should immediately file a patent infringement lawsuit, by what procedure it proceeds, and, if we do litigate, how much of a burden the time, cost, and proof will be.

How do a financial statement review and an audit review differ? Is this a situation in which I should get the help of an accountant attorney?
Our company recently received notice from the financial authorities that it has become subject to a financial statement review. I understand this is a procedure different from an audit review, but I am worried about whether it is a simple document check or whether it could lead to problems such as accounting fraud. I would like to know whether this is a situation at this stage that requires the legal advice of an accountant attorney.

It seems I have suffered financial fraud; can I be protected legally?
Recently, after seeing investment-related information online, I was contacted and told to send money to an account, claiming it would yield returns. At first, because it was a small amount, I did not doubt it, but afterward contact was cut off and I could not get the money back. Does such a case also constitute financial fraud? I am curious whether it is difficult to recover money that has already been transferred, and what measures I should take even now.
